Project Brief
- Produce a global blueprint for implementation of compliant corporate Purchase to Pay processes based on their chosen new platform
Solution Scope
- Assist in the scope and design of compliant purchase to pay processes
- Create a solution blueprint for global deployment
- Provide hands on support and expertise for wave one deployment and transition competencies to internal teams for waves two and three
My Responsibilities
- Provide supportive Project Management and escalation support to ensure that an achievable plan was in place
- Provide SME support for the definition of audit compliant purchasing and payment processes
- Ensure the translation of the P2P processes into a solution configuration that met the business needs of the stakeholder countries – creating a global deployment blueprint
- Provide leadership to the supplier enablement and change management teams to ensure effective execution of the respective strategies
- Ensure that the customer teams were appropriately skilled to take on the follow on rollouts
- Provide post go live services to the customer to ensure that BAU operations ran smoothly
Outcome
- Customer golives achieved and user adoption strong
- Follow on rollouts also well received and delivered successfully by customer teams
- This project was the first where our new methodology was used from end to end and proved the efficacy and scalability of our approach – affirming it’s use for all projects going forwards
